How To Make Fresh Soya Milk: Step By Step
I love drinking soya milk and always wanted to learn how to make it, assuming it would be fun and delcious! Of course It was all I expected minus all the hard labour lol. But still really enjoyable.
INGREDIENTS AND PRODUCTS NEEDED:
Fresh Pandan Leaves (Optional)
Rock Sugar Or Regular Granulated Sugar.
Cheese Cloth Or A Strainer With Very Tiny Holes.
A Blender Or Magic Bullet.
STEP 1: SOAK SOYA BEANS IN COLD WATER FOR 5 HOURS.
STEP 2: ONCE YOU SOAK THE SOYA BEANS. I LIKE TO BOIL IT FOR 15 MINUTES JUST TO HELP SOFTEN THEM.
STEP 3: AFTER 15 MIN, STRAIN AND Run Cold Water Over Them.
STEP 4: USING A BIG BLENDER OR MAGIC BULLET BLEND ALL SOYA BEANS WITH COLD WATER.(ADD COLD WATER AS NEEDED.)
STEP 5: YOU SHOULD HAVE A JUG AND 1/2 FULL OF BLENDED SOYA BEANS.
STEP 6: USING A CHEESE CLOTH STRAIN THE BLENDED SOYA BEAN MIXTURE.
STEP 7: YOU WILL NOW HAVE 1L AND A LITTLE MORE OF SMOOTH SOYA MILK!
STEP 8: ADD 2 PANDAN LEAVES AND 3 TBLS OF ROCK SUGAR AND BOIL FOR 7 MIN.
STEP 9: ALL DONE! NOW YOU HAVE FRESH SOYA MILK! BEST SERVED CHILLED. ( GOOD FOR 2-3 DAYS!)
