It’s been so hot! I just love a good drink on a blazing day! Something light and refreshing. I have here 3 easy refreshers that I guarantee will help cool you down!



Chia Coconut Water Recipe:

1 Can of Coconut Water    (520 ml)

1 Tbs of Chia Seeds



Iced Lemon Green Tea Recipe:

3 Tbs of Fresh Lemon Juice

4-5 Tbs of Sugar Syrup (If you prefer it quite sweet do 5tbs)

2 Cups of Ice

2 Cups of Brewed Green Tea

1 Tbs of Chopped Mint Leaves


Ginger Ale With Mint Recipe:

1 Cup of Fresh Sliced Ginger

1 Tsp of Brown Sugar

1/3 Cup of Water

4 Tbs of Sugar Syrup

2 Tbs of Fresh Lime Juice

2 Cups of Ice

1 !/2 Cups of Club Soda
