Asian Calamari Stir Fry Recipe:


1 1/4 Cup of Raw Squid

1 Cup of Roughly Chopped Green Onion

1 Cup of Sliced Tomatoe

1 Tsp of Finely Minced Garlic



2 Tbs of Oyster Sauce

1 Tsp of Fish Sauce

1/ 2 Tsp of Sugar

1-2 Dashes of Ground Black Pepper


Cornstarch Mixture:

1 Tbs of Cornstartch

1 Tbs of Water ( Cold or warm)




Step 1: Prepare all the veggies and cut the squid into rings. ( Wash and remove guts from squid if squid is whole)


Step 2: Have a wok a large non stick pan. Set the heat on high, add in a bout 1 tsp of cooking oil . Once pan or wok is hot enough throw in minced garlic and quickly add in sliced tomatoes. Cook for 30 seconds.


Step 3: Add in the green onions , calmari and the sauce mixture. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat. You will start to see the juices from the tomatoe come out. After 2 minutes add in the cornstarch mixture. Cook for another minute. Turn off stove. This sauce will continure to thicken up. Done!



Servings: 1-2 People
