Hello Foodies!

I know it can be a hassle to make and prepare lunch for school. Here are 3 easy and quick wraps you can make in minutes.

I love making these wraps because all the ingredients can be prepared a night before. You can have the wraps warm they don’t have to be super hot for it to taste good.

You can have these wraps for breakfast or lunch and they are easy to eat.

For all of the wraps you can add as much vegetables as you like in it and omit any vegetables you don’t like.

Chicken Cesar Wrap:

1/2 Cooked Chicken Breast (Sliced into strips)

1 1/2 Cup of Chopped Romaine Lettuce

1 Tsb of Cesar Salad Dressing

Servings: 1 Wrap

 

BBQ Chicken Wrap:

1/2 Cooked Chicken Breast (Sliced into strips)

1 Tbs of BBQ Sauce

1 Tsp of Mayonnaise

Sliced Tomato (5-6 Slices)

2 Tbs of Sliced Onions

Handful of Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

Servings: 1 Wrap

 

Scrambled Egg Wrap:

1 Scrambled Egg

1 Tsp of Mayonnaise

Handful of Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

Sliced Tomato (5-6 Slices)

2 Tbs of Sliced Onions

Sliced Avocado (5-7 Slices)

2 Tbs of Grated Cheddar Cheese

Dash of Ground Black Pepper

Servings: 1 Wrap
