This is one of my favorite Cambodian dishes, it’s beef stir-fry known as Lok Lac. Hope you all enjoy this dish.


Lok Lac Recipe:

½ Pound of Angus Beef Tips

1 Tbs of Hoisin Sauce

1Tbs of Oyster Sauce

1 Tsp of Regular Soya Sauce

½ Tsb of Dark Soya Sauce

2 Tbs of Water

4 Tbs of Chopped Green Onions

1 Tsp of Minced Garlic

Smidgen of Sugar

Dash of Grounded Black Pepper



Cornstarch Mixture:

1 Tbs of Cornstarch

2 Tbs of Water


Vinegar Sauce:

1 Tbs of Fresh Lime Juice

1 Tbs of White Vinegar

½ Tps of Salt

½ Tps of Sugar

½ Tps of Grounded Black Pepper
