Pad Thai one of my favourite dishes to order when I go for Thai cuisine. It’s salty, sweet and spicy just what I like. Here is my take on the dish.

 

Pad Thai Recipe:

Sauce:

1/3 Cup of Tomato Paste

1 Tsp of Tamarind

1 Tsp of White Vinegar

2 Tsp of Ketchup

2 Tsp of White Sugar

250Ml of Cold Water

Pad Thai Stir Fry:

Rice Noodles Size Large (quarter of the package)

2 Cups of Frozen Shrimp

2 Eggs

1 Cup of Bean Sprouts (Optional)

Lime Wedge (Optional)

1 Tbs of Cooking Oil

1 Tbs of Fish Sauce

1 Tps of White Sugar

Servings: 2-3 People
