I  love to order this at the Vietnamese restaurants, but It can get pretty pricy so I decided to make my own and this is how I make it. There great to freeze in batches as well.

These springs rolls are sure to be a winner when I made them and served them at my parties they are always the first item gone! People love them.:)


Spring Roll Recipe:

1 ½ Cup Of Shredded Carrot

1Cup of Shredded Taro

½ Cup Of Ground Shrimp

1 Bundle Of Bean Thread Vermecelli

1 Cup Of Dried Black Fungus

1 Pound Of Regular Ground Pork

1 Teaspoon Of Sugar

1 Teaspoon Grounded Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon Of Fish Sauce

1 Tablespoon Of Hoisin Sauce

1 Tablespoon Of Oyster Sauce

1 Package Of Frozen Spring Roll Wrappers


Servings: Makes 70 medium size spring rolls
